Basic Doula service ALWAYS includes:
- One initial meeting 30 min or less (free consultation).
- One 1 hour prenatal visit to discuss your birth plan and go over comfort measure techniques. Your doula
will work with whatever childbirth technique you have studied. We work with you and your partner, or
your doula will be your partner! - Your doula will be available to you as soon as she is hired via e-mail or phone to assist/answer questions.
- At the onset of labor, your doula will come to your home to labor with you until you give birth. She will
never leave your side! - After the birth of your baby, she will stay with you for a minimum of 1 hour to assist you with
breastfeeding, and to help you ease into your new role. - Your doula will visit you in your home, the following week,or the next day to check in with you and your
new family, and to go over your birth story - A detailed written "Birth Story" to share with your family.
- Your doula will available as a resource by phone or e-mail for one month after your birth!
- You will be invited to our special online forum to ask questions, and get advice from other mommies! You
can also take part in informative tele-classes offered on a Bi-weekly basis.

**Pregnancy HEALTH Coaching with Abby
Your Pregnancy Health and Baby Planning information Concierge!
Individual Health & Nutrition Counseling: 30 minute weekly sessions as tailored for Fertility or Pregnancy. (6 month, 9 month &12 month) Abby will
guide and support you during your process. You can call or email as needed to ask questions, or get support! It's like having a pregnancy concierge
to help you through! Abby will help you make smart nutritional choices to prepare your body for pregnancy, or during your pregnancy. We will
discuss birthing options, Baby Plans, Community resources and more!

Groups of ten/ $30 per person, BI WEEKLY*** Groups of 5, $50 per person bi -weekly*** All Paid in advance. Includes all of the above (described in
